UMass Memorial Health – Community Healthlink provides services to more than 22,000 adults, children and families in Central Massachusetts each year through more than 80 programs.

CHL has Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation, a significant designation in the industry, and signals our commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving our community.


CHL is also a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), which means we provide comprehensive behavioral health care services that are coordinated with the care received from other health care providers.
